Dante D’Egidio

Americas Vice Chair - Assurance

Dante D’Egidio is the Americas vice chair, assurance for EY. Before that he was the assurance managing partner for the firm’s US-East Region and is part of the region’s executive leadership team. He has been with the firm for 25 years and has served many companies with global operations and in a variety of industries including technology and telecommunications, real estate and hospitality, private equity, and government contracting. Dante is responsible for driving market growth, managing operations and ensuring our teams are supported to best serve their clients. 

Throughout his career, Dante has worked with a number of publicly traded companies and has extensive experience in dealing with SEC matters, capital market transactions, initial public offerings, business combinations and divestitures. Dante currently serves as a  lead partner for SAIC. His previous clients have included Hilton Worldwide, American Capital, Neustar, Iridium Communications, Toll Brothers, The Carlyle Group, JER Investors Trust, Chesapeake Lodging Trust, and several others.  

Dante serves as a senior advisory partner on many accounts ensuring the teams are bringing exceptional client service and the best of the firm’s resources to our clients.

Dante graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor of science degree in accountancy and is a certified public accountant in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. He also has attended various executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Business, and the London Business School.

Dante currently serves on the board of junior achievement (previously on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington and on the executive committee for the annual Leukemia Ball in Washington DC)  and on the accounting advisory council at Villanova University.
