Executive experience: Dagmar Kollmann is Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG. She is a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairperson of the Audit and Finance Committee of Deutsche Telekom AG, Member of the Supervisory Board of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE, Member of the Boards of Directors of Coca Cola Europacific Partners as well as of NYSE listed Paysafe Ltd. She has been the Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board as well as Chairperson of the Audit Committee of Deutsche Pfandbrief Bank AG from 2009 – 2021, Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board as well as Chairperson of the Audit Committee of Hypo Real Estate Holding AG from 2009 – 2015 and a member of the Supervisory Boards of KfW-IPEX Bank GmbH from 2012 – 2021 and Bank Gutmann from 2010 – 2019.

Dagmar is the longest-serving Commissioner in the Monopolies Commission in Germany, a permanent and independent committee comprising five experts, which advises the German government in the areas of competition, policy making, regulation and on topical subjects for the economy. Areas of focus include digitalization and AI, the energy transformation, infrastructure as well as the banking sector. Its expert opinions and reports are published.

Previously, Dagmar Kollmann was CEO of Morgan Stanley Bank AG in Frankfurt. She joined Morgan Stanley in London in 1994. In addition to her role as CEO and Country Head for Germany and Austria, she was a Member of the Boards of Directors of Morgan Stanley International Ltd. and Morgan Stanley & Co International, Ltd. in London.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Dagmar Kollmann worked at UBS Philips & Drew Ltd. in London for six years, both in Mergers & Acquisitions and subsequently in the Equity Division.

With a proven track-record across multiple industries and financial services, Dagmar combines comprehensive global board experience and financial expertise with specialized knowledge in capital markets, M&A, risk management, ESG and governance. She excels at fostering collaboration and guiding Boards towards operational efficiency and long-term strategic goals. Her ability to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges ensures impactful leadership at Board level.

Additional information: Dagmar Kollmann was born in Vienna, Austria, and was raised in Asia. She holds a Masters Degree in Law from University of Vienna. She is married and has three sons.
