Curt Anastasio

Executive Experience:  Curt Anastasio is the chairman of GasLog Partners LP (NYSE:GLOP), a subsidiary of GasLog Ltd (NYSE:GLOG), a growth-oriented international owner, operator and manager of liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, providing support to international energy companies as part of their LNG logistics chain.  Appointed executive chairman in February 214, Anastasio led the IPO of the company in May 214.

He previously served as President and CEO of NuStar Energy L. P. (NYSE: NS), a publicly traded energy master limited partnership based in San Antonio, Texas. Anastasio was the President and CEO of the company from the time he led the initial public offering in April 21, until he retired from the company on December 31, 213. Anastasio was also President and CEO of NuStar GP Holdings, LLC (NYSE: NSH), a position he held since the company’s IPO in 26. 

Curt served as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for six years from 214 through 219.

Additional information: In addition to participating in various volunteer activities, Anastasio has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County, Chairman of the Alamo Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and Chairman of the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships (Washington, DC).  He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School in 1981 and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna cum Laude, from Cornell University in 1978. After graduation, he practiced corporate law in New York City.

Born in New York City in 1956, Anastasio and his wife, Lorraine, have three children.
