Executive Experience: Carl was a partner with Arthur Andersen where he started his career in 1971 and worked with the firm until 22 when he retired. Carl held numerous positions: partner, managing partner of the Columbus office among others. Carl went on to hold numerous positions in the consulting practice of Arthur Andersen; the most significant were responsibility for the products industry practice in the United States and for sales to all major accounts in the US Central Region.
Additional information: In addition to his board work, Carl is an independent business consultant. He has a variety of experiences in defining strategic initiatives with significant change requirements and implementing large scale technology projects and ERP systems. He has taught in the MBA and executive education programs at The Ohio State University. He is also a member of the dean’s advisory council for the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State.
Carl received his BS from The Ohio State University and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
