Bryan Yokley

Bryan Yokley is a partner at Ernst & Young in the Atlanta office. Bryan is the Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee market leader.

Bryan is a partner with over 31 years of experience coordinating and leading all aspects of complex integrated audit services to global clients, such as CommScope, Harris Corporation, FairPoint Communications, Hewlett-Packard Company, TeliaSonera, and Telstra Corporation.

Bryan also serves as the Coordinating Partner on a number of non-audit accounts such as SPX and Babcock & Wilcox where he leads our global account teams across every service line in providing value to our clients.

He is a member of Ernst & Young’s Global Partner Group, a E&Y chair’s Value Award winner, member of the Southeast region Partner Advisory Forum and a member of the Americas Advisory Committee. In addition, Bryan is active in the community – the vice chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs and Board of Advisors to the University of Alabama Business school.

Bryan’s success is based on maintaining strong open lines of communication across the enterprise, audit committee, and Ernst & Young teams to create efficiencies, synergies, and proactive solutions under our service approach. Bryan has a proven track record for effective team leadership and is well-respected for his outstanding client service. He is well-versed in working with audit committees and addressing issues that are unique to publicly held companies.

Bryan’s extensive internal Ernst & Young network has proven to be an asset to clients. He has worked closely with our National office on many technical consultations and, through his relationships and experience, has the ability to leverage the knowledge of our subject matter professionals to reduce the cycle time on issue resolution. He has significant experience with technical accounting issues and a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, structuring financial arrangements, and corporate restructurings. 

Bryan worked two years as a Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) developing accounting standards and was in National Accounting.

Bryan spent two years as the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly held company, which had over $2 billion of annual revenues with operations in 19 countries. 

Bryan relocated to Charlotte in 26 having served clients in Australia, Sweden, Atlanta and San Jose. Bryan holds a BS from the University of Alabama and he is a CPA.
