Bridget Neill

Americas Vice Chair - Public Policy

EY

Bridget Neill is the Americas vice chair – public policy for EY.  In this role, Bridget advises EY on public policy developments that affect EY, the profession and capital markets stakeholders. Her efforts include coordinating within EY and with stakeholders to gain perspective and formulate EY public policy strategies. 

Bridget brings over 25 years of US and global public policy experience to her role, having started her career with the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group and serving in roles addressing US and cross-border matters within the US Department of the Treasury, Securities and Exchange Commission, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), where Bridget served as the advisor to Mark W. Olson, the then chair of the PCOAB. 

In the prior roles, Bridget worked closely with US and foreign authorities and private sector representatives to formulate strategic policy initiatives, including regulations and guidance. 

Bridget is involved in several US and global policy initiatives, including through coalitions and trade associations. She serves on the board of the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), the advisory council for the Center for Audit Quality (CAQ), and is a member of the business at the OECD (BIAC) Corporate Governance Committee.

She interacts regularly with policy makers, the business community, investors, regulators, and other policy stakeholders.
