Bob Murley

Bob Murley has served as the chair of Stericycle since March 218 and as a director since January 217. He is a senior adviser to Credit Suisse, LLC, a financial services company. From 1975 to April 212, Bob was employed by Credit Suisse, LLC and its predecessors. In 25, he was appointed chair of investment banking in the Americas. Prior to that time, Bob headed the global industrial and services group within the investment banking division, as well as the Chicago investment banking office. He was named a managing director in 1984 and appointed a vice chair in 1998.

Bob is a member of the board of directors of Benefytt Technologies, Inc. (formerly Health Insurance Innovations Inc.), of privately held Brown Advisory, and of the board of advisors of Harbour Group. He was formerly on the board of directors of Stone Energy Corporation and Apollo Education Group, Inc. Bob is an emeritus charter trustee of Princeton University, a trustee and the former chair of the board of the Educational Testing Service in Princeton, New Jersey, is vice chair of the board of the Ann & Robert Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and chair of the board of the Lurie Children’s Foundation, is a trustee of the Museum of Science & Industry in Chicago, Illinois, and is chair of the board of the UCLA Anderson board of advisors.

Bob holds a bachelor of arts from Princeton University, a master of business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a master of science from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
