André Hawaux

Executive experience:  André J. Hawaux served as executive vice president, finance, administration and chief financial officer of Dick’s Sporting Goods, from June 213 to August 217, when he retired.

Prior to that time, André served as president of the Consumer Foods business of ConAgra Foods, Inc. from 29 until May 213. He joined ConAgra Foods as executive vice president and chief financial officer in 26, and prior to ConAgra Foods, he served as general manager of a large U.S. division of PepsiAmericas.

André also previously served as chief financial officer for Pepsi-Cola North America and Pepsi International’s China business unit. He is now the audit committee chair of the Pulte Group.
