Jordan Frantz is a senior associate at Tapestry Networks, where his work focuses on corporate governance. He currently supports the US regional audit committee networks. Previously at Tapestry, he supported the North American Audit Committee Leadership Network and the European Audit Committee Leadership Network. Along with his Tapestry colleagues on the European team, Jordan co-authored Audit Committee Realities: Insights from Europe’s leading boards.
An experienced attorney, Jordan has represented public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, complex contract negotiations, civil disputes, and a range of other business matters. Prior to joining Tapestry, Jordan was an Axiom attorney and an associate at Sullivan & Worcester in Boston. He was a legal fellow at the Committee on Education and Labor in the US House of Representatives during law school and an attorney law clerk at the Massachusetts Teachers Association.
Jordan holds a JD from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where he was an editor on the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. He holds a BA, cum laude, from Connecticut College, where he was a philosophy major (with distinction) and a government minor.
Jordan’s volunteer work includes service as a member of the board directors of the Boston chapter of Minds Matter, an education nonprofit serving low-income high school students. His pro bono legal work included representing victims of domestic abuse and unemployment benefits claimants. He lives in Winthrop and enjoys golf, surfing, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
