Allison Greene
Allison Greene is an associate at Tapestry Networks in the corporate governance initiative. She supports programs of directors serving on the boards of large public companies in North America.
Prior to Tapestry, Allison practiced as a litigator. Most recently, she represented entities of all sizes and sectors in employment, securities, and commercial disputes. She also supported entities involved in state and federal administrative enforcement actions. Previously in her career, Allison externed for the Office of the State Public Defender in Colorado, a Colorado district court judge, and the appellate division for the Denver District Attorney’s Office. She was also a Legislative Research Fellow for Colorado state legislators where she analyzed and presented the potential fiscal and political fallout of bills under consideration.
Allison received her JD from University of Colorado School of Law, where she was a published author in and editor of the Colorado Technology Law Journal, one of the nation’s elite technology and telecommunications law journals. Allison also holds a double BA in philosophy and English literature, with dual minors in history and spanish, from Miami University, where she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honors fraternity.
Allison and her husband, Blake, reside in the mountains near Boulder, CO with their dogs and horses. She enjoys reading and hiking and riding across the West.
