Private Equity Leadership Network

Strong leadership in a turbulent investment environment

Private equity investors – including pension funds, college endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and high-net-worth individuals – have become major players in the global capital markets. Indeed, there are now more than 20 firms with assets exceeding $10 billion.

The Private Equity Leadership Network (PELN) provides deeper, sustainable connections with and among a select group of the influential private equity industry leaders from firms based in the United States and Europe. Network members gain access to emerging best practices and unique insights that will dominate the private equity environment, while providing a vehicle for the leaders of private equity firms to enhance their firms’ performance. The network is supported by Ernst & Young.

Meeting agendas vary widely, including the following topics:

  • Leadership succession
  • Investment and financing trends
  • Investor relations and fundraising
  • Portfolio company oversight
  • Institutionalization
  • Talent acquisition and development

The Private Equity Leadership Network does not publish a public summary
of network meeting discussions.
